1. What is Orgspace?

This is the essentially new conception of the office furniture.

Orgspace supposes that:

  1. office is a space where various working processes take place, for example individual work of the employees, negotiations, storage of the documents etc;
  2. office furniture is not just fitment, but a tool for organizing these working processes like a pencil or a computer;
  3. office furniture should allow precise tuning of the office zones and workstations to the parameters of the certain office working processes;
  4. office furniture should help people work efficiently since the workers are the first of the basic office resources;
  5. office furniture should allow using office premises to the maximum since the office premises are the second of the basic office resources.

This conception is implemented in the Orgspace products (furniture, accessories and partitions) and the Orgspace's efficient office design technology.

2. What is this collection: Karstula (Periscope, Fansy, Aura, Tetrix, Wellorg)?

This is one of the 6 compatible collections developed in accordance with the essentially new office furniture conception (Orgspace).

The main distinction of this office furniture is the unique assortment which allows arranging various office zones and workstations with unique parameters.

3. What are the unique parameters?

Using the Orgspace furniture one can set up the multifunctional workstations that permit to save the area and increase the worker's labor productivity.

For example:

  • Workstations set up on the "everything at hand" or "reach in one move" principle.
  • Or workstations with mobile units and accessories easy to move.
    Configuration of these workstations may be tuned depending on the current working process so as to make work comfortable.
  • Or Open Space style workstations separated by screens or partitions that ensure the required privacy level.
  • Compact workstations based on the special compact desks.
  • Х Workstations for the employees of any build and height, for example the desks with belly-grooves equally convenient for both right- and left-handed people, or the Periscope collection that allows tuning the workstation to the employee's height.

    6. Are there any special solutions for the departments where the employees spend most part of the working time outside the workstation (at the customer's territory)?

    If the workers spend in the office only a part of their working time, the Orgspace units (collections :) allow arranging the space and office processes in such a way that several workers will comfortably work at the same workstation.

    This is the so-called mobile office.

    Such solutions are often used by the insurance, consulting and audit companies and the companies that employ sales agents.

    Such solutions help considerably save the office's area.

    7. What can be said about quality?

    1. The quality of the Orgspace furniture may be characterized as on of the highest among the office furniture manufactured in Russia;
    2. This furniture stands multiple moves without quality deterioration (due to the possibility of multiple assemblings / disassemblings);
    3. Up to 10 years of guarantee;
    4. Some design characteristics of the units:
      • desks made of 26 mm boards;
      • bearing rear wall of the cabinets made of 16 mm board, both sides faced;
      • attachments to the desks fixed by the special split fastener "metal in metal" (unlike metal plates with self-tapping screws used in other furniture);
      • unit components are jointed by the fastening elements that allow multiple assemblings / disassemblings of the furniture without damaging it;
    5. European fitting, mostly of German make.

    8. What is the price level?

    1. Medium price level. Cost if one workstation from 159 ?.
    2. Compared to the advantages offered by this furniture, the price is not high.
    3. As compared to other Russian furniture:
      - Of course, more expensive. But not much more.
    4. As compared to the imported furniture:
      - Even more functional, but cheaper.

    9. What does this furniture look like?

    1. Offices equipped with this furniture (Orgspace) look modern. And the design may highlight either modern European, or classic style.
    2. There are three basic desk types which differ in the design of the legs (solid supports and two types of metal chrome-plated legs).
    3. Metal table legs (Italy):
      • straight cylindrical metal legs, height-adjustable within the range from 68 to 78 cm;
      • elegant figured metal legs.
    4. 9 board decors, including 4 exclusive.
    5. Various office zones may, by request, be arranged in a single style (thanks to the assortment functionality).

    10. Who is the manufacturer?

    Manufacturer Ц the Moscow plant "Prommebel".
    The plant was built in 1998 to the Finnish design.

    The manufacture is equipped with the latest German facilities and automated.

    Furniture models are designed by the European designers.

    • The room may be equipped in the classic or modern European style.
    • It is possible to set up a comfortable director's workstation based on the "everything at hand" principle.
    • Wide assortment of special items for the management workstations (platforms, briefing desks, high mobile pedestals for standing work, status accessories Wellorg).
    • Mobile briefing desks allow setting up the director's workstation adjustable to the communication parameters.

    2. Compact:
      • Compact workstations on the basis of the special compact desks.
    3. Comfortable:
      • Workstations for the employees of any build and height, for example the desks with belly-grooves equally convenient for both right- and left-handed people, or the Periscope collection that allows tuning the workstation to the employee's height
    4. Economical:
      • Apart from the desks made of 26mm board, a small collection of solid economical 16mm board desks is available.

    13. In detail about the office zone "Negotiating room" equipped by Orgspace

    Mobility in the Tetrix negotiating rooms.

    • Special shape mobile desk from the Tetrix collection allow quickly and easily readjusting the negotiating room to the appropriate process:
      • conferences and seminars,
      • many-hour negotiations,
      • short briefing,
      • training,
      • teamwork.
    • The shapes of tabletops allow joining the desks like the figures in Tetris game.
    • These desks stand on the figured metal legs equipped with the castors with brake.
    • Negotiating room equipped with the Tetrix collection furniture is of the modern European design.
    • In addition to the mobile desks there are special mobile units for arrangement of the processes specific for the negotiating room.
